In simple terms, the open cloud platform for future enterprises includes the following: First, it provides remote support for enterprise products or services, acting as the true intelligence hidden behind them; second, it stores, manages, mines, and utilizes enterprise big data; and third, it fully opens up its resources and capabilities for partners in the business ecosystem to access, enabling connections and interactions between users, itself, and other nodes in the business system.

Openness implies penetration, meaning moving beyond one's existing business areas to the platform level that provides infrastructure in the existing market. The deeper the platform penetrates, the higher the level of abstraction of its core capabilities, and the more infrastructure-like its resources become. The deeper the platform penetrates, the more basic and universal the services offered by the company become, and the greater its long-term value.
